AAA/AM4 battery is a dry battery standard in the United States, compatible with the AAA battery standard in Mainland China or the AAA battery standard in Taiwan Province of China. The battery has a cylindrical shape with a height of 43.6 mm and a diameter of 10.1 mm. It is a common battery, smaller than AA batteries. Commonly used in electronic products with small size and low power consumption such as MP3 players, small remote controls, etc. There are both disposable alkaline batteries and rechargeable nickel-metal hydride and lithium-ion batteries.
Batteries are generally divided into: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9 volts, of which No. 5 and No. 7 are particularly commonly used.
The so-called AA batteries are AA batteries, and AAA batteries are AAA batteries! Both AA and AAA indicate the battery model.
AA is what we usually call AA battery, the general size is: diameter 14mm, height 49mm;
AAA is what we usually call the 7th battery, the general size is: diameter 10mm, height 44mm.
(Connect with PCB board) Battery shrapnel
1. Use battery shrapnel; there are plug-in or patch pins on the battery shrapnel, which can be soldered on the hole or pad of the PCB board, and the AAA battery is placed in the battery shrapnel;
Welded nickel sheet or wire
2. Perform spot welding on the AAA battery, solder the pins, and then solder the AAA battery with pins or wires on the PCB board.
